4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability.

6. Shipping

We ship within Australia and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

7. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.

For hygiene and security reasons, custom-made, personalised, resized, engraved, and special-order jewellery cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Our jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by improper care.
