Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. Please contact our customer support team before returning your item.
Return Shipping
